Staff Announcement: Thank You Axl T. Ernst

Artist-Run Centres & Collectives of Ontario is sad to announce that Axl T. Ernst will be leaving her position as ARCCO Membership Coordinator. ARCCO would like to thank Axl for her years of service to Ontario’s artist-run centre community. Jewell and the Board wish her all the best in her future endeavours!

Axl wishes ARCCO, its Board and the ARCCO Members lots of success in the future, and thanks Jewell in particular for her guidance and generosity.

It is indeed with regret that I wish Axl happy trails and adventures as she enters into a new juncture of her life. It’s been a pleasure to work with Axl for the last 8 years. She came to ARCCO as a volunteer working on registration for the hot buttons.points chauds conference. I was grateful to be able to extend her time working for ARCCO through project funding, first as a casual part-time Assistant and then as Membership and Communications Coordinator.

While Axl has agreed to continue to work remotely on things such as the ARCCO Website, I will truly miss her here in the office. Frankie will miss Axl, the cat whisperer! As seen below, he has been her number #1 fan. As have I!
